The Internal Revenue Service laws are:
Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate the prohibition against political campaign activity. Violating this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes.

Derrick Johnson, CEO of the NAACP violates this Restriction, for example, with this email:
President Trump's record speaks for itself – with two Supreme Court appointees who have already proven to be hostile to civil rights, his next pick is all but sure to be an extremist. We have to stop him now.

Non-profit tax exempt organizations are not supposed to be engaged in Political Action. Chris Putney, Chairman of the NAACP Political Actdion Committee is a lobbyist and a Democrat who worked on Cindy Axne's campaign for Congress in Iowa. Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. It is unfair to White Republican tax payers to have to subsidize NAACP's anti-White Democrat activities. NAACP needs to choose if they want to be a Non Profit organization, or a Political Action Committee. But they cannot be both. Please contact them and direct them to choose one or the other.
